All for one… “Genius Project” for everyone
Team building, by definition, refers to activities aimed at improving social relationships through collaborative tasks. This was precisely the request from our client, who invited colleagues from across Europe, with diverse backgrounds and skills, to foster a sense of belonging to one large team – Tetra Pak – regardless of their individual operational units or regions.
Our mission: to make each participant feel like an indispensable cog in the great machine. The challenge was to have them build a unique kinetic machine, applying the principles of Rube Goldberg machines, to achieve the best possible final result.
Inspired by a real-world experience: The Genius Project is a training program developed by Màgina, already successfully tested by companies that have embraced the project as a way to unlock the genius within their teams through collaborative work.
